Website: set of graphic and information materials, as well as technical means ensuring accessibility in the Internet through https://ft-trd.com (hereinafter referred to as the Website);

Automated Personal Data Processing: personal data processing by means of a computer;

Website Administration: workers authorized to manage the Website, acting on behalf of JSC “FastTrack Holding” who arrange and (or) execute processing of the personal data and identify the purpose of the personal data processing, the content of the personal data to be processed, and the actions (operations) to be performed with the personal data;

Personal Data: any information directly or indirectly relating to an identified or unidentified person (personal data subject);

Website User (the User): a person having access to the Website and its services by means of Internet;

Personal Data Processing: any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) with the personal data carried out with or without the computer. The personal data processing includes:

  • accumulation;
  • storage;
  • improvement (update, modification);
  • extraction;
  • usage;
  • transmission (distribution, provision, access);
  • depersonalization;
  • blocking;

International Data Transfer: cross-border transfer of personal data to foreign state authorities, a foreign individual or a foreign legal entity.

2.1. This Confidentiality Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) is made in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law No. 152-FZ as of 7/27/2006 concerning personal data (the Personal Data Law) and covers all the information protected by the law including the personal data to be processed by FastTrack Holding and on the Website https://ft-trd.com in the Internet (hereinafter referred to as the Website). The Policy goal is a protection of rights and freedoms of the personal data subjects during processing of the personal data by FastTrack Holding.

2.2. The Website Administration (hereinafter referred to as the Website Administration) means JSC “FastTrack Holding” located at: 30, ul. Dmitriya Ulyanova, bld. 2, Akademicheskiy municipal district, 117292, Moscow. The Website Administration processes the information in accordance with the current law of the Russian Federation.

2.3. The Policy contains the information about processing, storage, and protection of the personal data.

2.3.1. The data is processed for the following purposes:
  • personnel records management;
  • accounting records maintenance;
  • enforcement of labor legislation of the Russian Federation;
  • enforcement of tax legislation of the Russian Federation;
  • enforcement of pension legislation of the Russian Federation;
  • enforcement of insurance legislation of the Russian Federation;
  • enforcement of government social assistance legislation of the Russian Federation;
  • recruitment of personnel (job applicants) for the Company vacancies;
  • execution and implementation of contractual relationship;
  • Maintenance of the Company websites.

2.3.2. The data is processed by the Company in compliance with the following principles:
  • The data is processed based on legal grounds and in an equitable way;
  • The data processing is limited by specific, pre-determined and lawful purposes; 
  • It is not allowed to process the personal data if this processing is incompatible with the purposes of the personal data collection;
  • It is not allowed to combine databases containing the personal data to be processed for the incompatible purposes;
  • Processing covers the personal data that corresponds to the processing purposes only;
  • The content and scope of the processed personal data correspond to the stated purposes of processing and the processed data is not redundant for the stated processing purposes;
  • The personal data processing ensures accuracy, sufficiency, and relevance, if necessary, of the personal data regarding the purposes of the personal data processing;
  • The personal data is stored in a form allowing the identification of the personal data subject for the time period not longer than required for the purposes of the personal data processing, unless such period is established by a federal law, a contract whose party, beneficiary, or guarantor is the personal data subject;
  • The processed personal data is subject to destruction or depersonalization upon achievement of the processing goals or if no further needed, unless otherwise is provided by the federal law.

2.4. Metric data processing
The Website Administration processes the User Data for certain purposes and uses only the data relating to these purposes as follows:
  • Granting the access to the Website for the User;
  • Personalization of the services and improvement of the website usability;
  • Collection of the User visit statistics and its analysis;
  • Advising the User on the Website issues if such a need is requested by means of completing the corresponding feedback form on the Website.

2.4.1. The Website utilizes web analytics tools which are used to analyze the Website usage and to improve its operation. 

2.4.2. The cookie files are processes in a short form and never relate to the personal information of the Users.

2.4.3. The Website displays a warning message to the users concerning the processing of the metric data.

2.4.4. 2.5. The Website Administration has no access to payment data of the User and takes no action regarding this data including collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, improvement (update, modification), usage, distribution (including transmission), depersonalization, blocking, destruction, and cross-border transfer.
The personal information collected during the Website operation can vary depending on usage of the Website by the User. The Website administration does not check the data provided by the User and cannot measure its reliability.

2.6. The Website Administration does not disclose the User information to the third parties except as explicitly provided by the Russian legislation or except for the persons authorized by the Website Administration for the Website maintenance and analytics.

2.7. The Website Administration takes no decisions engendering legal consequences for the User or otherwise relating to their rights and legal interests based exclusively on the automated processing of the personal data.

2.8. The User can withdraw their consent for the personal data processing by sending a notification named “Consent Withdrawal” to the Administration email mail@ft-trd.com.

2.9. If the data to be processed by the Website Administration is found unreliable or inaccurate, the User can address the Website Administration to:
  • Specify the personal data;
  • Stop processing the personal data;
  • Delete the personal data;
  • Object to process their personal data if provided by the Russian legislation.

2.10. To exercise the above rights, the User should address the Website Administration by sending them an email to mail@ft-trd.com.

2.11. The User can also have other rights not mentioned above in cases provided by the Russian legislation.

2.12. The Website Administration shall implement the stated requests in accordance with the Russian legislation.
3.1. FastTrack Holding does not process the personal data relating to special categories and comprising biometric data.
4.1. FastTrack Holding introduced sufficient technical and organizational measures for data protection.

4.2. Measures taken by FastTrack Holding cannot ensure the required level of confidentiality without the appropriate measures taken by the User. The User's computer should have the latest antivirus with the updated databases, the latest version of browser and plug-ins, and utilize the latest operating system. The Website User shall have basic knowledge of the computer security and comply with its requirements.
5.1. FastTrack Holding updates the Personal Data if the User acknowledges its inaccuracy.

5.2. The Personal Data shall be destructed:
  • upon achievement of the purpose of the personal data processing,
  • upon the User request (consent withdrawal);

5.3. The Administration shall destroy the Personal Data in a way that does not allow its recovery.
